He gave me a fantastic hand demo, and I could immediately see and feel the difference. Leo’s kindness and attention to detail made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I had an amazing visit to the Aveda store, all thanks to Leo! He gave me a hand demo with the 'Hand Relief' cream, and wow, I absolutely love it—it's my new fav product.
Leo also suggested the 'Color Control' shampoo for my red hair. I tried it out and the results are just incredible. My hair color has never looked better or lasted longer!
Leo was not only knowledgeable but also super friendly and attentive. He really knows his stuff and makes great recommendations. A huge thank you to Leo for making my shopping experience so special. Highly recommend him if you need advice that's spot on!

I have used Aveda products for decades, however my experience today I will not. I went on Black Friday and bought many products. I went to also get the foundation and concealer which I have used before and the color the Salesperson chose for me was far too light. I went to exchange however they would not honor the price I paid. I shouldn't have to pay extra because the Salesperson sold me the wrong shades. The Salesperson today was absolutely rude and my experience was not a good experience. While I love many products I will not shop here again. Unfortunately very poor customer service.
